Intelightip Co-held a High-Level Intellectual Property Forum

On December 7th of 2016, a high-level forum on foreign-related intellectual property was held in RAMADA PLAZA, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

This forum was hosted by Zhejiang Intellectual Property Service Alliance and Hangzhou High-tech District Internet of Things Industry Intellectual Property Alliance and undertaken by Shenzhen Shiny Intellectual Property Firm and Intelightip IP Law (Hangzhou) Office.

Legal personnel, IPR and international market managers from enterprises joined this forum.

At present, more and more enterprises sell their products on foreign e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay and so on and enter foreign markets, especially European and American markets.

For this end, an “American and European patent right protection and prosecution dealing strategies” lecture was held. Senior patent attorneys from America and Europe were invited to be the speakers. At the forum, topics of how an enterprise prevents patent risks on European market and e-commerce intellectual property right protection and dealing in America and so on were introduced and discussed.
