Bio

Mr. Nelson Wang started his career in 2013 as an IP assistant at Chofn IP, where he mainly handled various cases in trademark area for both domestic and foreign clients and hence accumulated rich experience in providing professional advice and service regarding the clients’ trademark application and protection in China. Nelson joined Intelight IP in 2019. His practice mainly focuses on trademark, including preparing and filing trademark applications, prosecuting in review of refusal, non-use cancellation, opposition, negotiation of purchase of trademarks, and other matters in which he used his rich knowledge and experience to provide clients with suitable and professional schemes taking both the client’s benefits into the first account.
