Bio

Mr. XU is a founding partner of Beijing Intelightip Law Firm and partner of Intelightip Intellectual Property Agency. He has been practicing IP laws for 17 years and he accumulated rich experience in protection of copyright, trademark, patent, unfair competition. He is also good at laws in brand management, franchising, merger and acquisition.

Mr. XU has handled a wide range of issues for some of the world’s leading companies relating to IP protection advising, administrative and judicial protection, well-known trademark recognition, cartoon copyright protection. Some of cases were awarded as yearly 10 best QBPC cases and some were publicized in the Supreme Court’s Selected Cases.

Mr. XU has also been very active in many social and academic organizations. He often was invited to provide IP trainings for government.  He is a member of the All-China Bar Association
