Bio

Ms. Binbin Lee’s practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications. She also served clients in patent analysis and counseling on IP strategy with regard to infringement and invalidity. To date, Ms. Lee has prosecuted hundreds of patent cases in mechanical, electronics and telecommunication field. Well-known clients which she has represented include LeTV, QiHoo 360, MWI Microwave Ignition AG and Xingbang Group, etc.

By virtue of her incisive understanding in both technical and law aspects, Ms. Lee has keep a success rate as high as over 90% of cases she handled in invalidation and enforcement of patent right.
